Welcome to Tunda. These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Tunda mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tunda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Tunda
Tunda is an AI-powered classified marketplace and business-management platform that enables users to:
- Post and browse classified listings
- Buy and sell goods and services
- Manage business operations such as inventory, POS, and analytics
Tunda acts as a technology platform only and is not a party to transactions between users.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. User-Generated Content
Tunda allows users to post content, including listings, images, descriptions, messages, and other materials (“User Content”).
You agree that you will NOT post, upload, share, or distribute any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
- Promotes scams, financial fraud, or pyramid schemes
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or abusive language
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
Zero tolerance applies to objectionable or abusive content.
5. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To maintain a safe platform, Tunda implements content safeguards:
a) Content Filtering
We apply automated and manual measures to detect and restrict objectionable content, including keyword filtering and review systems.
b) Reporting Mechanism
Users may report content or users they believe violate these Terms. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
c) Blocking Users
Users may block other users at any time. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user’s content from the user’s view, prevents further interaction, and notifies our moderation team for review.
d) Enforcement Actions
We may, at our sole discretion: remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and restrict access to platform features.
Reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
6. Listings, Transactions & Responsibility
- Tunda does not own, inspect, or guarantee listed items
- Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for transactions
- Tunda does not guarantee payment, delivery, or quality of goods/services
- Users must resolve disputes directly between themselves
7. Fees & Payments
Some features (such as POS or premium tools) may involve fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed before use.
Tunda does not process payments for classified listings unless explicitly stated.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass security or moderation systems
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Platform
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Platform to distribute malware or spam
9. Intellectual Property
Tunda and all related trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by Tunda or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of Tunda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or illegal behavior, or post objectionable content. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Tunda is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for user conduct or transactions
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tunda after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") details how Xperbyte Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, protects, and utilizes the personal and technical data of Users across our Platform. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security while facilitating a transparent marketplace environment.
1. Data Controller & Scope
1.1 Controller Identification: Xperbyte Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Uganda, is the primary controller of your personal data processed through the Platform. Our operations are governed by the Data Protection and Privacy Act of Uganda.
1.2 Applicability: This Policy applies to all Users, including buyers, sellers, and individuals applying for career opportunities through the Tunda Careers portal. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the collection and processing of data as described herein.
2. Categories of Data Collected
2.1 Voluntary Information: We collect data you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth, and physical business location. For sellers, this includes shop branding and listing descriptions.
2.2 Career Applicant Data: If you apply for a position via our Careers portal, we collect your Curriculum Vitae (CV), professional history, education details, and any supporting documentation provided for recruitment evaluation.
2.3 Automated Metadata: We automatically log identifiers such as IP addresses, device hardware specifications, OS versions, browser fingerprints, and high-frequency clickstream data to optimize performance and detect bot activity.
2.4 Media & AI Processing: All images and videos uploaded to the Platform are processed by our AI algorithms to identify objects, detect prohibited content, and generate technical signatures for search optimization. Media may be stored with embedded EXIF data unless stripped by the User.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your information for the following mandatory business purposes:
- To facilitate communication and transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
- To verify account authenticity and detect/prevent fraudulent requests.
- To personalize your marketplace experience through AI-driven recommendations.
- To analyze marketplace trends and improve the Tunda software architecture.
- To comply with statutory legal requirements and law enforcement mandates.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
4.1 Public Disclosure: Information provided in your public profile and listings (e.g., phone number, name) will be visible to other Users to facilitate commerce.
4.2 Third-Party Providers: We share data with secure infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, SMS gateways, and payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements.
4.3 Law Enforcement: We reserve the right to disclose personal data to regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies when necessitated by a valid legal process or to protect the safety of our User community.
5. Retention & Deletion
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Upon account termination, your data will be archived or anonymized in accordance with our data retention schedule unless a deletion request is formally submitted and verified.

In accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, you have the right to access, review, and correct your personal information. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Inaccurate or falsified data may lead to immediate account suspension to protect the integrity of the Platform.
